The terms and conditions for registration in the Stephan Hausner workshop are set out in the following Regulations:
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
This regulation concerns the terms and conditions of registration and participation in the Illness and symptoms systemic constellations workshop by Stephan Hausner (hereinafter referred to as “Workshop”, to take place, on the May 28th and 29th, 2021, at the Park Inn by Radisson Meriton Conference & Spa Hotel Tallinn, Estonia.
The Workshop is organized by Bunga Koolitus OÜ, and will take place on the following days and times:
May 28, 2021 | friday | 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm;
May 29, 2021 | saturday | From 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm;
- REGISTRATION
Registration for the Workshop must be done HERE. We will send an invoice no later than three days after registration. Workshop have the following cost:
To attend in person, registrations made:
* until March 1, 2021, will have the following price: € 200 for the two days of the Workshop.
* starting on March 1, 2021, registrations will have the following price: € 230 for the two days of the Workshop.
* starting on May 1, 2021, registrations will have the following price: € 260 for the two days of the Workshop.
- CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend workshop for any reason, please be sure to notify us by e-mail: kadri@empaat.ee
- By notifying about your non-participation at least 15 days before the event, we will refund to you 100% of the paid cost or will cancel an unpaid invoice;
- By notifying about your non-participation 7-14 days before the event, 50% of the bill will be paid;
- If you notify about your non-participation later or forget to notify, the participation fee will not be refunded and 100% of the invoice will be paid;
- In case of cancellation of workshop, participation fee will be refunded in full or an agreement on participation in further workshop will be concluded;
- Participation at workshop is connected to your name, but you can change the participant (name) for free until the beginning of the event.
- COUNTRY SITUATION
We consider maximum of 50% hall occupancy to ensure fresh air and compliance with the requirements requested by the Government of the Republic according to the situation in country. In case of cancellation or postponement of the workshop, participation fee will be refunded in full or an agreement on participation in further workshop will be concluded.
- PRIVACY
Organizer of the event can take pictures, videos and sound recordings and share these with participants as well as in public media channels, as well as use for similar events marketing. However, in case of personal and private information sharing at the event, e.g. personal constellation work, such personal and private information is not shared nor used.
We will send to all participants a Participant’s Information Letter one week before the event to the e-mail address provided to us during registration.
