Collective, systemic, and personal traumas; The impact of death, dying, and grief

Trauma is not only shock or a sudden collision with life. Freezing can also come from prolonged loneliness, words once heard that pierced deeply, a touch that never came, a love that did not reach us. What freezes our inner world is not only what was missing, but also what we were unable to experience or regulate within ourselves—feelings that were too big, too painful, or too confusing to receive at the time. What freezes us inside may be what remained unfelt, because feeling it then was too dangerous.

Often, it returns as a shadow—anxiety, rage, or an unexplainable dysregulation that pulls us out of balance and connection. At times, we may feel hopelessly broken. Yet within every inner freezing there is also a call—a call toward healing, release, a return to oneself.

Even in our ordinary days, feelings arise and we find ourselves in experiences for which we have no space or courage. And so these unfelt waves remain frozen in the body, leaving invisible imprints and tensions that wait to be seen.

Some experiences in life are so overwhelming that our soul freezes. The body stiffens, the mind disperses, and the heart is left alone. What is traumatic is not only the pain of the past—it is the unlived life that froze into our cells and breath.

It is possible to return to your natural flow.

This is not something that can be forced into being, but something for which space can be created—allowing frozen responses to gently release and be integrated back into the flow of our body and life. And this is exactly what you will be able to experience in this training.

What will we explore in the training?

  • How to create space and integrate early life and attachment trauma experiences so that life can begin to flow again;
  • Discovering how to create relationships that nourish rather than cause pain;
  • Learning to see how all our experiences live within the body, and how to gently release them;
  • Exploring how intergenerational patterns of attachment trauma may be shaping our lives today;
  • Learning practical, life-supporting skills to be a resource for yourself and for others on their journey;
  • Learning how to acknowledge and heal traumatic states that keep you or your clients held in the grip of the past;
  • Discovering tools that help complete physiological responses to events that were once too overwhelming to experience;
  • Gaining an understanding of shock trauma and attachment trauma—the invisible patterns that undermine trust and safety in relationships;
  • Learning to create space within your body, allowing old wounds to heal and new connections to emerge.
  •

Why participate?

  • If you feel that something lives within your body and soul that does not allow you to be fully present.
  • If you long to understand why your relationships tend to repeat painful patterns, even though you know and try to do better.
  • If you wish to release frozen responses from the past and restore connection with your body, your sensitivity, and the natural flow of life.
  • If you work with people and want to be able to create a safe space where others can heal deeply and naturally.
  • If you feel a calling to learn about trauma, bonding, and relational healing from a systemic perspective—and from an internationally recognized teacher.
  • If you want to experience how gentleness, presence, and awareness can open the door to true release.
  •

Who is this course for?

  • For anyone who longs for a deeper sense of connection, trust, and the natural flow of life within their body and relationships.
  • For those interested in personal development and conscious living, who wish to better understand and bring healing to the invisible wounds within their lives.
  • For constellation facilitators and systemic practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of collective, transgenerational, and personal trauma, as well as the realms of death and grief.
  • For therapists, psychologists, and counselors who work with clients’ inner worlds and are seeking ways to hold and guide complex emotional states.
  • For bodyworkers and somatic practitioners, whose work often touches emotional patterns and hidden systemic connections.
  • For those working with relationships, parenting, or families, who wish to understand how family systems shape the emotional landscape.
  • For teachers and educators who notice subtle emotional and systemic signals in children’s behavior.
  • For leaders, coaches, and professionals working with teams, who want to understand the role of trauma in group dynamics and organizational systems.
  • For anyone who has sensed that their invisible wounds may not belong solely to them, and is looking for ways to bring them into awareness and work with them.
  • And for those who feel that it is time to restore their connection with life, their deeper essence, and their inner guidance.

Who is Svagito Liebermeister?

Svagito Liebermeister is a psychotherapist and spiritual teacher whose journey of exploring human essence and the mysteries of life has spanned over four decades. Since 1980, he has been a student of the mystic Osho, drawing from Eastern wisdom a deep sense of presence and the essence of meditation. In his courses, he weaves together Western methods with Eastern meditative practices, creating a space where healing and awakening can unfold naturally and with ease.

He graduated in psychology from the University of Munich and has been working with people since 1981, continuously refining his skills in deep tissue bodywork, such as Neo-Reichian breathwork, psychic massage, balancing masculine and feminine energies, counseling, and trauma therapy (Somatic Experiencing, SE).

In 1995, he met Bert Hellinger, the founder of Family Constellations, whose teaching brought a new systemic dimension into his work. Since 2000, he has been leading Family Constellation training programs himself, sharing this profound phenomenological approach with people around the world. In addition, he offers trainings in Neo-Reichian breathwork, counseling, male–female energy work, and trauma therapy.

Svagito has trained hundreds of practitioners in the art of working with people, creating spaces where meditation and love form the foundation for healing and transformation. For many years, he coordinated a two-month Osho therapist training program at the Osho International Meditation Resort in Pune, India—one of the world’s largest centers for personal development.

Today, he travels annually across Europe, Asia, and Central and South America, offering courses and training programs in more than fifteen countries, touching thousands of people with his presence, clarity, and gentle wisdom.

Svagito is also the author of four books, translated into nine languages, carrying his teachings further—deeper and into the hearts of more people.
